During nearly twenty years of his professional career he gained an excellent and comprehensive understanding of business needs and risk appetite of both corporate enterprises and individual companies from all geographical and cultural regions. Mr. Frobeen has competently advised management of various organizations on strategic and tactical investing in Information Security.

Mr. Walter has more than ten years of experience in information and IT security. As an acknowledged security expert, he was engaged by globally operating banks, health care companies, IT security vendors, telecommunication providers as well as German Federal agencies. His clients entrusted him with assessing and mitigating information security risks, implementing security measures (physical infrastructure, IT, organization) and conducting reviews and product evaluations. Major topics comprised securing a broad range of communication means including web, email, phones, mobile phones, video and fax. In National Bodies of ISO, he contributed to the standardization of information security techniques.

Mr. Matzke's professional experience spans far more than twenty years in different roles in leading life sciences companies, including assignments as Information Security Officer and Business Continuity Officer for global departments, as well as Senior Information Logistics Officer and Senior Corporate IT Officer. He also commands considerable expertise in managing industrial hygiene and drug safety projects, and in the areas of documenting and making available industrial hygiene findings, drug safety and competitive intelligence documents. As a physicist and MD he complements his skills with a broad additional experience in IT and medical statistics.

Mr. Grabowski commands broad-based experience of an entire lifetime career in managing enterprise-wide IT and security projects, operations, organizations, processes and executive stakeholder expectations. Generally clients entrust him with consulting mandates in one of his key strength areas: Interim/temporary IT Manager or Information Security Manager, project and/or deployment management; application training & roll-out and making new facilities operational anywhere world-wide. Mr. Grabowski is well familiar with challenges in international, multi-cultural environments. As a former Vice President Corporate Security at a Telecom provider in Germany, Ms. Leinemann covered all aspects of security including but not limited to Disaster Recovery, IT Security, Physical Security, Network and Mobile Security, Business Continuity Management and Lawful Intercept. Further to being Head of Security she had been appointed Data Privacy Officer. During a previous assigment at a globally active Consulting firm, she assumed various Senior positions in Information Security and Risk Management in Germany, Austria, South Africa, and The Netherlands, where she was responsible for the implementation of the firm's security standards within Europe, Middle East and Africa. In addition to being certified as CISA and CISM, she also commands significant General Management skills with focus on controlling, corporate governance and compliance projects.

Mr. Kolberg looks back on more than twenty years of experiences in providing Quality Management services for demanding industries with highest quality needs. He has been involved in numerous large scale projects that addressed both rigorous quality and security requirements, including validation projects, CFR21 Part11, and PKI.
